Neo Unveiled: Simplifying Financial Futures

In preparation for Neo's launch of new features and an updated app design, my role as the Creative Director was pivotal. The primary objectives were to inform Canadians about Neo's expanded offerings and services while simultaneously refining and maturing the brand's creative identity.

 
 

Approach

The guiding themes for this endeavor were simplicity and intelligence. Our approach was bold yet uncomplicated, aiming to align the visual language with the inherent simplicity and intelligence of Neo's tools and features. Every visual element, word, and use of motion was carefully curated to convey the ease and intelligence of the Neo app.

Sonic and Motion Identity

To enhance the launch impact, a distinctive sonic and motion identity was developed. This served the dual purpose of introducing Neo to the audience and reinforcing the app's functionality in a clear and straightforward manner. The intention was to create a moment of delight, signaling that something significant was on the horizon.

Dynamic logo

The logo animation was designed to mirror the app symbol, adapting EFFORTLESSLY to various formats and devices. Its form echoed the outline of the app, the credit card, and the devices through which Neo is used, providing a cohesive visual identity.

 
 

Visual Elements

Every visual element was directly extracted from the app experience, strategically chosen to familiarize new users with the Neo interface. This served as a starting point for users embarking on their financial journey with Neo. The visual design aimed to communicate the simplicity and intelligence of Neo's tools through every frame.

Product Design lead

In close collaboration with the product design team, storyboards were crafted based on a simple script, emphasizing a clear presentation of the new features. These storyboards were then brought to life by our talented in-house motion team, ensuring a seamless integration of visuals and messaging.

This launch campaign not only introduced Neo's latest features to the Canadian market but also underscored Neo's commitment to building smarter tools for Canadians to forge better financial futures. The strategic blend of simplicity and intelligence in both visuals and messaging aimed to resonate with the audience, making Neo a compelling choice in the financial landscape.
